Frequently Asked Questions

If you're considering fertility coaching but have questions about how it works, what to expect, or whether it's right for you, you're in the right place. Below are answers to the most common questions women ask before taking their next step.

How is fertility coaching different from seeing a fertility doctor?
Fertility doctors focus on medical interventions and treatments. As a fertility coach, I work alongside your medical team to address the holistic factors that impact fertility—nutrition, toxins, stress, lifestyle, and overlooked lab tests. I help you optimize your body's natural fertility and improve your chances with treatments like IVF. Think of me as your advocate and guide who looks at the whole picture, not just your reproductive organs.
What if I've already tried "everything"?
Most of my clients come to me feeling like they've exhausted all options. The truth is, there are often overlooked factors that standard fertility testing misses—like specific nutrient deficiencies, environmental toxins, hidden inflammation, thyroid issues, or MTHFR gene mutations. I help you investigate the root causes that may have been missed and create a targeted plan based on YOUR unique situation.
Do you work with women doing IVF?
Absolutely! Many of my clients are preparing for or currently undergoing IVF. I help optimize your body before retrieval to improve egg quality, support your system during the process, and address factors that may have caused previous IVF failures. My approach complements your medical treatment and can significantly improve your chances of success.
How long does the program take?
The NurturePath™ 90-Day Fertility Incubator is a 3-month intensive program. However, many women start seeing shifts in their cycle, energy, and overall health within the first 4-6 weeks. Fertility optimization is a journey, not a quick fix. We focus on sustainable changes that support your body long-term, whether you're trying to conceive naturally or preparing for IVF.
What's included in the free 20-minute clarity call?
The clarity call is a no-pressure conversation where I learn about your fertility journey and current challenges. I'll help you identify potential overlooked factors and explain how my approach could help. If we're a good fit, I'll outline next steps. If not, I'll point you in the right direction. There's no obligation—just clarity on your best path forward.
Is the program only for women trying to conceive naturally?
Not at all. Many of my clients are pursuing both natural conception and IVF. The program is designed to optimize your fertility regardless of your path. Whether you're preparing for IVF, have experienced failed transfers, are trying naturally, or are in between treatments, the holistic approach supports your body's overall reproductive health.
Do I need to be diagnosed with infertility to work with you?
No. I work with women at various stages—whether you've been trying for a few months, have been diagnosed with unexplained infertility, have specific diagnoses like PCOS or endometriosis, or are preparing your body before starting to try. The earlier you address potential root causes, the better your outcomes.
How do I know if this will work for me?
While I can't guarantee pregnancy (no one ethically can), I can help you optimize the factors within your control. My approach is based on investigating root causes that conventional testing often misses. The women who see the best results are those who are committed to the process, open to investigating overlooked factors, and willing to make sustainable lifestyle changes. The best way to know if we're a fit is to book a free clarity call.
What if I live outside the United States?
That's perfectly fine! The program is delivered entirely online, so you can participate from anywhere in the world. I've worked with clients across multiple time zones and countries. As long as you have internet access for our virtual sessions and program materials, location isn't a barrier.
Will you help me interpret my lab results?
Yes. Part of the program includes reviewing your existing lab work to identify potential areas of concern that may have been overlooked. I also provide guidance on additional tests you might want to request from your doctor. However, I don't diagnose medical conditions—I help you understand your results and advocate for yourself with your medical team.
