Fifteen years ago, I was told I would never have biological children. I had a less than 1% chance of conceiving, wasn’t a candidate for IVF,
and was urged to consider donor eggs or give up.
Today, I’m the mother of four healthy boys, all conceived naturally — including my youngest, born when I was 43. Miracles? Yes. But also: root-cause healing, science, persistence, and refusing to accept “never.”
The Diagnoses That Defined My Early Story
I didn’t just have one roadblock. I had nearly every infertility diagnosis you can list:
Stage 4 endometriosis
PCOS
Uterine fibroids (multiple removed)
Ovarian cysts
Hypothyroidism
Factor V Leiden
MTHFR double mutation
Hyperovulation
Diminished ovarian reserve (DOR)
I could barely work because I couldn’t control my flow. I was emotionally overwhelmed, in chronic pain, and desperate for a baby.
But even with all of this, the only options presented were:
Donor eggs
Or IUI with less than a 10% chance of success
It felt like the medical system had already closed the book on my future.
The Turning Point
Because IVF wasn’t an option, I chose a different path.
I had aggressive surgery to remove multiple fibroids. But after that, I became obsessed with understanding what actually affects fertility — the pieces no one had ever discussed with me.
What I found changed everything:
Everything affects your fertility.
Your food. Your environment. Your thyroid. Your gut. Your stress. Your toxins. Your beliefs. Your inflammation. Your lifestyle. Your habits. Your home. Your products.
All of it.
So I started changing everything:
Swapped all conventionally raised proteins for organic to protect gut and hormone health
Threw out my chemical-filled skin care and bath products
Replaced conventional makeup and detergent with clean alternatives
Started acupuncture three times a week
Cleaned up my nutrition
Rebalanced my stress patterns
Stopped ignoring what my body was screaming
My symptoms eased. My body softened. My hormones stabilized. And then one day — I got a positive pregnancy test.
That moment wasn’t luck. It was alignment. It was biology responding to support instead of stress.
Life After My Twins: Another Test of Strength
After my twins were born, I went through severe postpartum distress. I had three under three, was drowning emotionally, and cried almost every day. I was in therapy, but I still couldn’t shake the overwhelming anxiety.
Medication felt like my only option — but that would mean stopping breastfeeding, something I wasn’t ready for.
So again, I turned to the root causes of emotional health: stress, trauma, toxins, nutrients, thyroid, and the mind-body connection.
That process gave me my life back. And it solidified my calling.
Why I Became a Holistic Fertility Coach
I realized how many women were just like me — dismissed, misunderstood, unsupported, and never shown the full map.
Women who were:
Told they’re “too old”
Told their labs are “normal”
Told IVF is the only option
Told “just relax”
Told miscarriage is “bad luck”
Told “we don’t know why—just try again”
None of that sits right with me. And none of it addresses the real reason so many women struggle.
This is why I combine my personal journey, my Naturopathic Coach certification, advanced fertility training, and functional root-cause approach to help women uncover what every doctor overlooked.
To help women over 35 take back control of their fertility — whether they’re avoiding IVF or wanting to succeed with it after repeated failures.
To give women the roadmap I never had. To help them conceive faster and with more confidence. To change the system. To empower women to advocate for their bodies. To show them they’re not broken — they’re missing pieces.
I am living proof that your story isn’t over. And I’m here to walk beside you every step of the way.
