I help women over 35 uncover what's often missed in standard fertility care—so they can move forward with clarity and a plan that actually makes sense.
If you've been told everything looks "normal," but pregnancy still isn't happening, you're not alone.
And more importantly, you're not out of options.

At 35, I was told I had less than a 1% chance of conceiving naturally.
I wasn't a candidate for IVF.
And no one could explain why my body wasn't working.
I had multiple diagnoses—endometriosis, PCOS, fibroids, thyroid disease, diminished ovarian reserve—but still no real answers.
Just labels.
So I started asking different questions.
I looked beyond standard testing.
I changed what I was eating, using, and being exposed to.
I supported my body in ways no one had shown me before.
And slowly… things began to shift.
I went on to conceive naturally—four times. Including my youngest at 43.
Unexplained infertility doesn't mean nothing is wrong.
It usually means something deeper hasn't been fully explored.
Most women are told their labs are "normal"—
but they're never shown what's missing.
That's where everything shifts.
Inside my work, I guide women through a structured process called the D.R.E.A.M. Method™—a framework designed to uncover what's been missed and support the body in a more complete, strategic way.
Reducing hidden toxin exposures that can interfere with hormones and egg quality
Supporting nutrient deficiencies and foundational health markers often overlooked
Understanding your labs and advocating for deeper, more meaningful testing
Creating lifestyle and environmental shifts that support your body
Building emotional resilience and nervous system support
This isn't about doing more.
It's about doing what actually matters.
Today, I help women over 35:
My work combines:

"After years of trying and failed IVF, I finally understood what was missing. I conceived naturally within months of making the changes."
"I had one embryo from IVF and was preparing for another round, but I conceived naturally before going back. This gave me answers no one else had."
"I was told everything looked 'normal,' but nothing was working. This helped me connect the dots and finally have a plan that made sense."
If you want help understanding what's been missed—and what your next step should be—there are two ways to move forward.
No pressure. Just clarity and your next best step.
